We encourage you to choose Cooperstown Bible Camp for your retreat, conference or meeting. We're here to serve you all week long for your one-day to several-day events. We will go out of our way to provide you with good rates, quality accommodations, tasty and plentiful food, a peaceful environment, many activities from which to choose, and an attitude of service in all we do.
Cooperstown Bible Camp offers a variety of meeting rooms and housing accommodations. The Ludvig Lodge provides eating, meeting and sleeping facilities. These rooms are ideal for couples, families or up to twelve individuals per room, with sleeping accommodations for up to 110. We also offer a deluxe bedding option for those staying in the Lodge. Our Lodge meeting room seats 200, and dining facilities accommodate 300.
The Lunde Tabernacle will soon be on the historical register. Built in 1929, it has a unique architectural style and atmosphere. Old-time tent meetings used to be held here. Still our most popular building for meetings, the Tabernacle seats 375, but cannot be winterized.
We have many quaint cabins, providing housing for 48 in winter, and 120 in spring, summer and early fall. Our newer cabins face little competition in niceness.
Our adventure program is one of the most unique aspects of our ministry. We have a 43-foot climbing tower, zipline and several high-ropes elements. Our low-ropes course, located in the woods along the Sheyenne River, is a great training course for working together in unity.
The ROCK, our indoor gymnasium, is a favorite place in summer and winter. Built in 2003, the ROCK is a full-sized gym which is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. The game room is filled with fun activities like ping pong, foosball, carpetball, etc. The upstairs meeting room accommodates 200 people. The Rock also has large bathrooms with showers.
Cooperstown Bible Camp can provide your group with canoeing, hayrides, horseback riding, archery, riflery, tennis, crafts, pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, group sports (like volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc.), broomball, cross-country skiing, showtubing, sledding and much more. We feature an indoor gymnasium, game room, treehouse, teepee, playground, recreational room, snack shop, camp store and full-service RV park. We also have swimming pool access. Be sure to make arrangements for these activities in advance.
