Scholarship: Scholarships are available for anyone who has a need. We do not want any campers hindered from experiencing camp. Please call the camp office at 701-797-2174 to apply for a scholarship.
Extra fees: The camp fee includes activities and sports at camp, plus room and board for the week.
Horseback Riding: Trail rides and arena rides will be offered during free time at $8.00 per trail ride and $4.00 per arena ride. If you are looking for more involvement with horses try one of our horse camps and ride every day all week!
Offering: We collect an offering during one chapel service each week. We desire to teach our campers tithing back to the Lord and His work. Your camper will be given an opportunity to donate from their spending money. All offerings this summer and the "Pie Auction" during Senior High Camp will go towards scholarships.
Canteen & Camp Store: Your camper will have a designated time each day where they will go with their cabin to the canteen. Ice Cream, soda, candy bars and candy are sold in the Canteen. We do our best to ration quantities that are sold per visit. Each cabin has the opportunity to visit the camp store during the week of camp. T-Shirts, sweatshirts, candy, novelty items and jewelry, personal toiletries that were forgotten, cameras, bug spray, etc. will be available. You can visit the Camp Store when you register your camper and when you pick them up. $25 is suggested for canteen, camp store, and crafts.
Crafts: Most summer crafts are included in the camp fees. There are some instances where we will need to charge extra (making tie dye t-shirts, leather projects, bird houses). These extra projects are anywhere from $1.00 to $5.00.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a medical emergency where a camper will not be able to attend his/her camp, registration fees will be refunded except for a $25 non-refundable registration fee. For non-emergency reasons, refunds will be given up to 14 days prior to the camper's chosen week, except for a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
