Prayer and Needs
Summer camp is a huge part of CBC! And we are always in the need of prayer for our campers, staff and specific ministry needs.
We would like to dedicate the month of May to pray for summer camp. Each week we will post on our social media and below here the specific prayer requests.

Week 1
May 1-7

Pray for Campers
May 1 - Salvation for campers - genuine faith in Jesus
May 2 - Bold decisions - re-dedications
May 3 - Safety - travel & activities
May 4 - Refreshment - encounter with God in a great way
May 5 - Community - connecting as a cabin
May 6 - Health - camper's well being while at camp
May 7 - Pray for a camper you know who's coming to camp!
Week 2
May 8-14

Pray for Staff
May 8 - CBC fills all summer positions needed
May 9 - Discipleship - summer training/leadership development
May 10 - Energy - strength/endurance throughout the summer
May 11 - Well-being - health and spiritual encouragement
May 12 - Unity - team work as a camp family
May 13 - Wisdom - Christ-centered living
May 14 - Pray for a staff member you know!
Week 3
May 15-21

Pray for Camp
May 15 - Speakers - preparations in delivering lessons
May 16 - Worship - lead, sing & play for the Lord
May 17 - Tech/sound - services run smoothly & avoid disruptions
May 18 - Schedule - programming goes according to plan
May 19 - Weather - cooperation & safety (storms/sunburns)
May 20 - Nurses - managing camper/staff physical conditions
May 21 - Volunteers - partnership in ministry & blessing
Week 4
May 22-28

Pray for Areas of Camp
May 22 - Executive - administrating camp behind the scenes
May 23 - Programming - leading staff, managing schedules & counseling
May 24 - Maintenance - safety with equipment, managing staff & projects
May 25 - Housekeeping - maintaining cleanliness & health of campers/staff
May 26 - Kitchen - preparation & food safety
May 27 - Counselors/Cabin Buddy - servant leadership, wisdom & empathy
May 28 - YMC - high schoolers in training, experience & future camp service
Week 5
May 29-31

- Registrations of new/returning campers
- Filling staff positions - Filling full time positions
