Emma Dockter (4 year summer staff)

"I love working at CBC for the people!  You get to work with so many amazing people, and they're all there serving the same purpose as you.  It's very encouraging, and I've met some of my best friends there!  Best part is, you know they're going to want to help you in your walk with Jesus!  It's an amazing environment."

Why Work at cbc?

IMG_9125.JPG

Working at CBC is more than just a summer job, it’s an opportunity to serve with purpose. While camp is hard work, everything we do is ultimately for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom. Whether you’re a cabin leader encouraging, discipling, and sharing the Gospel with campers each week, cleaning toilets, cooking, or mowing the grass, every role at CBC plays a vital part in creating a safe environment and pointing lives toward Christ.

It’s not just about what you give.  It's also about how you grow. As a summer staff member, you’ll be discipled, build meaningful friendships, use your gifts and skills in a Christ-centered environment, and deepen your walk with the Lord. At CBC, every role matters, and every moment has purpose.

1 Corinthians 10:31

"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God."
