Junior Camp gives kids the chance to step outside their comfort zone, discover new strengths, and experience the joy of knowing Jesus in a place where they are truly cared for.
About
Junior Camp is designed for kids entering 4th–6th grade who are ready for a little more adventure and a lot of fun. Campers are given opportunities to try something new, work together, and discover what they’re capable of. Throughout the week, our staff focus on creating a safe environment where campers can be challenged physically and mentally while also feeling known, encouraged, and cared for.

Alongside the activities and adventure, campers will spend time in Bible studies and sessions learning more about who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. Our hope is that they leave with great memories and friendships, but even more importantly, with a growing faith and a deeper understanding of God’s love for them.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are my kids at camp?
Junior Campers arrive on Monday between 4:00pm - 6:00pm.

Pick up time is on Saturday from 9:00am - 10:00pm. We welcome you to join us for our closing chapel at 9:00am.
Can I visit my camper during the week?
We advise parents/guardians and family members not to visit during the week, since it will take them away from their activities. We do encourage all to come on pick-up day for the end of camp chapel.
What does a typical day at camp look like?
Each of our programs start the day with Morning Devotionals, Breakfast, and Morning Fun. Then Morning Activities, Lunch, and Afternoon Activities and Games. Dinner is served and Chapel is right after. Night time activities vary each day, but there is never a dull moment and you'll have a blast each day!
Can I send mail/email to my child while they're at camp?

Please send Camper mail by Monday of their camp week, bring camp mail during camper registration Monday (Each dated when to give to your camper), or send camp email through your UltraCamp account.
Can I request camper buddies?
Absolutely! You can request camper buddies through your registration process. Please note: Camper requests will best register on our end if both campers request each other. Otherwise, cabinmates are not promised.
Safety
What sort of medical help is available?
We have a camp Nurse on staff each week. They live at camp and are always available to care for campers' needs. We also require all paid summer and full-time staff to be certified in CPR and First-Aid.
How are food allergies handled?
At CBC, we take food allergies very seriously. Our chef and kitchen staff will try to accommodate and coordinate alternative meal options as much as possible. If you have a dietary need, please fill out the dietary section online when registering for camp.
What do I do if my camper has medication?
We ask all prescription and over-the-counter medications (in the original prescription bottle) to be put in a gallon Ziplock bag labeled with camper's name upon arrival. Parents or guardians check in with our nurse to go over any special instructions and needs for your camper.
What to Bring
What should my camper pack?
Some things your camper would need would be bedding (twin sheets, blankets, pillows, or sleeping bag), towel (shower and swimming), toiletries, modest clothing, sunscreen & Bible. Once you register your camper, you will receive an email confirmation with a detailed list of what to bring and not to bring.
How much money should campers bring?
This will depend on how much your camper would like to spend. Our store is stocked with great gift, candy, ice cream, and pop. Prices range from $1.00 - $40.00.

Policies
What is your cell phone policy?
We encourage parents to not send cell phones with their campers. On registration day, all electronic devices will be turned in and safety locked away in our office until Pick-Up Day.
What do I do if my camper lost something at camp?
If anything is left and found at the end of each camp week, we will hold it for two weeks then items will be thrown out or donated. Please check your campers' things before you leave camp. For lost and found, you can contact our main office at mail@cbcnd.com.
